Early Childhood School Census
Have you had a new baby? Have you recently moved to the Monticello area? Or do you have a new address? If so, please complete our Early Childhood School Census intake form. By completing the census form you are helping us determine future enrollment for our school district along with future funding for Early Childhood Family Education, Preschool, K-12 education and other programs. Plus by being in the Monticello School District's Early Childhood Census you will be notified for Early Childhood Screening, ECFE programs, Preschool Registration information, and Kindergarten enrollment.
